From our inception thirteen years ago, our business model was that the best way to separate ourselves from others in our industry and uniquely position ourselves in our market was to provide industry leading customer service. This has been accomplished by engaging our staff in a culture that always focused on the best interests of our customer. Our growth has been intentionally systematic and controlled. We will not focus our resources on growth if it in any way dilutes our existing client relationships. In order to maintain this business model, we have to ensure that our growth strategy, support tools, systems, training and people skills support our business philosophy and are scalable and aligned with one another.
Maintaining high quality relationships requires a company wide commitment to taking pride with our accomplishments, working hard on our values and striving every day to be better at what we do. We are committed to and embrace establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial partnerships with our customers and to share with their long term success and growth. It’s a two-way street.
